An easy and elegant appetizer — perfect for happy hour, gatherings, or any party spread. Start with prosciutto and cheese, then get creative — this one’s filled with Boursin, fresh basil, sundried tomato, and a drizzle of aged balsamic. No cooking, just rolling… and watching them disappear!
Notes:
• Take your prosciutto and Boursin out of the fridge about 10 minutes before. The prosciutto will be easier to handle, and the Boursin will be perfectly creamy for spreading.
• After rolling, chill in the fridge for at least 10 minutes before cutting for cleaner slices.
