Pumpkin Brie Bake 🎃🧀

Add this to your fall charcuterie board:
Pumpkin Brie with fig jam — soft, gooey, and so good !

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie (8 oz works great)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • Fig jam or your favorite jam (apricot, raspberry, pepper jelly… all are bomb)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Kitchen twine
  • To decorate: 1 cinnamon stick or pretzel stick + 1 sage leaf

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place the puff pastry on a board. Spoon a thin layer of jam in the center and place the Brie on top.
  3. Wrap the puff pastry around the Brie and seal well underneath.
  4. Flip it seam side down and tie with kitchen twine, creating 8 sections (like a pumpkin 🍂).
  5. Brush with egg wash.
  6. Bake 20–25 minutes or until golden brown all over.
  7. Remove twine and insert a cinnamon stick or pretzel stick as the pumpkin stem + garnish with a sage leaf. 🍃
  8. Serve warm with crackers, nuts and your favorite berries. Enjoy!✨
