Baby Cauliflower Sauté perfectly paired with my favorite salmon! 🐟💚
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cauliflower, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5–8 minutes until lightly browned. Lower the heat and cook 3 more minutes, until crisp-tender.
Push the cauliflower to the sides, drizzle a little more olive oil in the center, and add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant, then melt in 1 tsp butter and toss gently to coat. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan. ✨
Salmon:
Season with salt and pepper, then brush with Dijon mustard. Sprinkle the magic powders — sugar (use your favorite; I like golden monk fruit sugar), cayenne, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
Top with a mix of panko, Italian parsley, and butter. Bake at 425°F for 15–18 minutes and enjoy! 👩🏻🍳🐟
