Note:
🧀 Her recipe calls for slices of cheddar—I used shredded because that’s what I had, but slices melt better, so I recommend sticking with those.
🥚 At the end, she brushes the biscuits with egg wash and everything bagel seasoning. I didn’t have the seasoning, so I just covered them with foil—worked great!
🔪 I also didn’t manage to cut all the biscuits crosswise at once, so I sliced them individually—totally doable.
