This delicious breakfast is simple, quick, and requires only a few ingredients!
✨ Tip: I recommend using 1 egg per hash brown. When broiling you can use the air fryer baking dish from your oven. Just remember to place some aluminum foil underneath to catch any cheese drips—no one wants a messy oven! You can also go with a regular baking sheet lined with parchment paper if that’s easier.

Air-fry the hash browns at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes. This will give them the crispy texture you want, but keep an eye on them to prevent them from drying out.

Scrambled Eggs: Start by cooking your scrambled eggs in a generous amount of butter. Season them with salt and pepper, and for added flavor, mix in your choice of cheese just before serving. I enjoy using pepper jack cheese for a bit of a kick.

After preparing the scrambled eggs, layer them over the hash browns, add the cooked bacon, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Place the assembled hash browns under the broiler until they turn a beautiful golden brown, for about 3-4 minutes. For a delicious finishing touch, drizzle on a sauce made with sour cream and Tabasco (or just plain sour cream) and top with fresh cilantro and more bacon. Enjoy every bite! 💫
