Mummy Brie👻

Give your charcuterie board a spooky look with puff pastry Mummy Brie. 

👻Here are some ingredient ideas for the board

-Blackberries

-Blueberries

-Red or champagne grapes

-Dried apricots

-Pecans, pistachios

-Chocolate, like Kit Kat or Crunch

-Brownie brittle

-Candy Corn

-Edible eyes and ghosts

-Multigrain crackers

-Sharp cheddar

-Chorizo, Salami or Proscuitto

-Olives

🎃Mummy Brie Ingredients

-Parchment paper or silicon mat

-Puff pastry

-Brie

-Favorite spread, I used fig and orange from @dalmatia_spreads

-Egg wash (1 beaten egg with a teaspoon of water)

Make two cuts on top and two on the bottom of the brie, almost precisely with the width of the cheese. Cut the centers to cover only the edges of the brie at the top and bottom. Cut the rest of the four sides into thin strips, removing the excess puff pastry. Now add the puff pastry strips like the mummy’s cloth. It does not have to be perfect! Shape it with your hands at the bottom so that everything is uniform.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the brie on the sheet, add the egg wash, and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
