✨Ingredients:
- Butter and flour for greasing the pan
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of chopped fresh herbs (such as chives and Italian parsley)
- 3 cooked sliced maple sausages (optional)
- Salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste

- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Grease and flour the baking dish. Separate the yolks from the whites and set aside.
